I saw a Twitter tweet by Drape who was looking for free Clip Art of a light bulb. I had been meaning to post about a few Free Photo clip art resources, but never did. His Tweet nudged me to go ahead.

Now, each of these has restrictions of some sort (non-commercial, attribution, etc.), so be sure to read closely.

My Mug

I thought I would join a few Vox Groups, the first? "Coffee" of course. Then "Baristas & Coffee Lovers" and I'd join "Javaheads" too, but I need an invite.

So, to honor the occasion, I decided to post my Coffee Mug mugshot and then add it to the Groups.

This sounds like it should be a Vox Hunt topic (or maybe it has).

So how about it? Post your coffee mug mugshot and tag it with "javamug" for all to see.

A while back I joined up to be a BzzAgent, which means I sometimes get to evaluate things (websites, consumer products) at no charge if I agree to share my opinions (whether + or -).

Bzz asked me to join up and poke around Gusto, a travel-based social network. So far, I really like it.

If you like to travel, and write about your experiences and opinions, you might like Gusto.

It is a free site, and has a lot of functions. I really have not spent enough time with it to rave about it, but I like what I see.

If you want to join, use this link http://www.gusto.com/bzz. That will get you DOUBLE the storage space (from 1GB to 2). I don't get anything if you sign up, just so ya know.

Anyhow, at some point I hope to do more with My Gusto Page, but for now, it is mighty bare. But if you do join (again, free), add me as a Friend.

Gummy Coke Bottle

This is a single, individually wrapped gummy coke bottle candy from Halloween.

But look closer, click the larger image. Does this remind you of a coke bottle, or...something else?

Honey Sauce

This packet of what I thought was Honey came from the Mexican restraunt with our sopapillas.

It really looked like Honey (the other side is clear and shows the contents - looks like the real deal), but when I took a closer look, it became clear I was being tricked.

This is really honey-flavored corn syrup!

Now, seriously, is real honey that expensive? I'd think it was more expensive to create this fake honey than use the real thing.

Good grief, fake honey! What is happening to this world????
